Return and Refund Policy

At Vinnpower Distribution Sdn Bhd , we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

- The item is defective or not functioning properly upon arrival.
- The item received is damaged during delivery.
- You received the wrong product or wrong variant.
- The product is incomplete or missing accessories.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

2. Return Request Period

Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date you receive the item.

Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted, unless the issue is covered under the product warranty.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- Change of mind.
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, unauthorized repair, or improper installation.
- Products with missing packaging, accessories, serial number, warranty sticker, or proof of purchase.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms outside Vinnfier Malaysia’s official channels.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, where applicable.

Please note that refunds may take up to 30 working days to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Shipping fees, handling fees, and payment processing fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to stock availability.

If the same item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution such as repair, replacement with a similar item, store credit, or refund.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is caused by our error, such as wrong item shipped or product defect upon arrival, Vinnfier Malaysia will advise you on the return shipping arrangement.

If the return is not due to our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Warranty Claims

Some products may be covered by manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse, physical damage, water damage unless stated as waterproof, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.

- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Serial number or warranty information, if available
