Welcome to Vinnfier Malaysia. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Vinnfier Malaysia and/or Vinnpower Distribution Sdn. Bhd. We operate this website, online store, and related services, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through this site (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which enables us to provide our online ecommerce platform to you.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- courier partners;
- customs clearance;
- weather conditions;
- public holidays;
- events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the product to the shipping address provided in your order.
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and recipient details are correct before placing an order.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us within the period stated in our Refund Policy. Refund processing timelines, including the period of up to 30 working days where applicable, will follow the terms stated in that policy.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any purchases you make through our store are made directly with Vinnfier Malaysia and/or Vinnpower Distribution Sdn. Bhd., not with Shopify.
You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and us, including product quality, order fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, or customer service.
